Fredrick L. Rubenstein, Esq.

After obtaining my law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, I clerked for the Honorable George J. Nicola, J.S.C. and Richard F. Plechner, J.S.C. simultaneously. I have over twenty-seven years of experience and have dedicated my time to serving each client’s individual needs. I provide mindful and insightful legal guidance that you will need in the areas of municipal entity defense, civil rights litigation, discrimination claims, CEPA, personal injury, workers’ compensation, general liability and workers’ compensation insurance defense, residential and commercial tax appeals and municipal law matters. I have represented over my twenty-seven years the following public entities:

– Township of Woodbridge

– City of Perth Amboy

– Township of Edison

– Township of South Brunswick

– Township of Monroe

– Borough of Sayreville

– City of Rahway

– City of Paterson

Examples of some of the discrimination and civil rights matters that I have obtained favorable results for my clients include a $325,000.00 settlement for allegations of racial discrimination and a $325,000.00 settlement for allegations of violations of the Conscientious Employee Protection Act. I have also obtained favorable outcomes of $300,000.00 for a client who sustained injuries as a result of a fall down accident and $300,000.00 verdict for a client who sustained injuries in a motor vehicle accident.
